What you’ll do
- Ensure that important business-related documents are always updated and are readily available upon request of cross-functional teams across Thailand.
- Business Permits
- Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA)
- Department of Land Transport (DLT)
- Office of the Consumer Protection Board
- Government-related Department
- Government Amendments
- Together with the Public Affairs Manager, represent Lalamove and its subsidiaries in government-related engagements and assist in the procurement of any needed materials needed for these activities.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders at the local, regional, and national levels.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, preparing reports and summaries with actionable insights for internal teams.
- Contribute to advocacy efforts by drafting briefing materials, presentations, and supporting engagement strategies.
- Compose and edit letters, memoranda, reports, presentations and cases.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What we seek
- A mature and proactive associate who can easily collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide necessary support to the Public Affairs Manager.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and can strive in a highly collaborative environment.
What you’ll need
- Degree holder in Political Science, Communications, International Relations, or Commerce.
- With at least 3 years of related work experience
- Good command in English both writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Power Point, Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Drive for results, accountability, and integrity.
