What you’ll do

Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and coaching team members on logistics best practices.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries.

Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans.
-
Coordinate with onsite vendors teams to align shipment schedules.
-
Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real-time operational changes.
-
Support load planning, route consolidation, and transport cost optimization.
-
Maintain accurate transport planning data and reports.
What you will need
-
Over 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management service

Good command in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing & Listening)

Require skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation

Rationale thinking & good teamwork

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with coordination skills
- A dynamic leader with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Work experience in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, or related roles.

Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
