What You'll Do:
- Driver Training – Attendance & Content
- Increase training attendance as per preset target through effective outreach via in-app, external channels, and calls
- Maintain updated, high-quality training materials aligned with current strategy, USPs, merchants, and SOPs
- Driver Training – Quality & Compliance
- Improve active driver conversion and reduce suspicious orders as per preset target (month-on-month basis) through effective training
- Reduce suspension-to-training time, user & driver cancellation by drivers after match
- Post-Training Performance & Evaluation
- Track weekly post-training performance including error rates and completed orders per driver
- Use data insights to assess productivity and continuously improve training effectiveness and driver readiness
What We Seek:
- Able to create & deliver clear, engaging training sessions and effectively influence a diverse driver community across multiple channels.
- Able to handle complaints, conflicts and any misunderstanding happening in the driver community.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle training schedules, outreach cycles, and post-training follow-ups without drop in quality.
- Data-driven mindset (both quantitative and qualitative) with the ability to translate insights into sound business and operational decisions.
- Proactive, Hands-on, independent & solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment and resolve daily training challenges effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership and prioritization to ensure timely execution of training plans, content updates, and performance tracking activities.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
- 3 years of experience in driver training, driver operations, or community management roles is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and operational analysis.
- Strong data analysis mindset & skills to track attendance, training outcomes, and post-training performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Basic content creation skills using tools like Canva for training materials and communication assets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear, engaging training sessions and updates
