The Assistant Sales Manager will lead the entire Sales team of Cebu from business development initiatives, acquisition activities, and relationship management, in achieving its overall corporate sales target.

The Assistant Sales Manager will lead the entire Sales team of Cebu from business development initiatives, acquisition activities, and relationship management, in achieving its overall corporate sales target.

What you'll do:

  • Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements.
  • Strategize for local business development opportunities.
  • Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accountsLead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
  • Reports directly to the Sales Manager

What we seek:

  • A strategic sales professional who can get the team to work together in meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • Willingness to push unpopular or difficult choices that benefit the growth of the organization.

What you'll need:

  • At least 5  years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams. 
  • Strong data analytics
  • Great industry knowledge with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding team targets
  • Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis  and travel for business when / where needed.
  • Willing to work onsite in North Atrium, M.C. Briones St., Mandaue City, Cebu
