Program Management
- Responsible to sustain quality of Community Outreach Team regarding HIV cascade of care continuum.
- Promote demand generation to access HIV cascade of care services (Reach, Test, Treat, Retain) throughout LPK sites with outreach team.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring goals and objectives are met, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Involve in staff (outreach) recruitment process such as create interview questions (technical portion), assess written test answers, in person interview and contribute opinion in decision for selection as one of the interview panellists).
- Deliver new recruitment and refresher trainings to outreach teams (Peers and Community Outreach Organizers) and to the staff of partner organizations especially for experience sharing and conceptual exchange regarding to improve case finding, case management and key pop related behaviours according to program needs.
- Assist Technical Manager on program related activities as needed.
- Actively take part in needs assessments and project designs for the high-risk and marginalized populations.
Linkage to services
- Ensure the clients engaged by the outreach team are connected to the service delivery points by monitoring the cascade of care data.
- Liaise with Clinic teams and Online team for timely and qualified service delivery to the clients.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Manage data collection processes to track program outcomes, including engagement metrics, testing rates, and treatment adherence.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting program impact and recommending future strategies.
Training and Capacity Building:
- Identifies training needs in the outreach team to contribute to the operation needs of the organization.
- Provide training and technical support to program staff, partners, and volunteers on outreach strategies and tools.
- Update the peer manual annually and to develop and disseminate SOPs, guidelines, job aids, learning tools and best practices for community engagement.
Partnership and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with local, national, and international organizations working on HIV prevention and care for key populations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to integrate online services with traditional healthcare delivery systems.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and meetings to share insights and learn from other initiatives.
Supportive Supervision
- According to workplan and program needs regular, travel to LPK sites for monitoring visit with checklists in line with recommended protocols, manuals and international guidelines.
- Report feedback, finding, action and recommendation of LPK sites monitoring visit activity regularly to responsible Program officer, Area Supervisor and senior management team.
