Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Electronic Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This position supports the production, assembly, and testing of electrical and electronic systems and subsystems used in advanced industrial equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks, including cable assemblies, component subassemblies, and device builds
Apply basic machine wiring techniques such as cutting, stripping, terminating, soldering, and crimping wires
Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications, schematics, and blueprints
Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build electronic devices and mechanical assemblies
Assemble and wire housings and enclosures
Kit components and subassemblies for production use
Perform low-level testing and complete associated production documentation (manufacturing orders, travelers, and transfers)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all published work instructions, procedures, and safety protocols
Demonstrate the ability to learn and progress toward higher-level assembler responsibilities
Work Environment

Standing, repetitive motion, and manual assembly required
Use of tools, testing equipment, and ladders or lifting devices as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience
Technical training or an associate degree in electronics preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly involving electrical or electronic systems, is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Intermediate math skills, including fractions, decimals, and metric measurements
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks
Physical Requirements:
Good visual acuity and color differentiation (corrected or uncorrected)
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds from floor to bench height
Ability to access elevated work areas using ladders or lifting equipment
