We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Development Representatives working from home to join our expanding team at Lavu in the U.S.
The successful candidates will be able to earn base pay and commissions as a 1099 Contractor and will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with local independent restaurants.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to identify, qualify and generate leads for our Account Executive team.
- Engage with key restaurant decision-makers to understand their challenges and needs.
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the value of our Restaurant Point of Sales and Credit Card Processing solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to warm transfer calls and schedule follow-up meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the restaurant industry, POS sales, or credit card processing sales is preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing B2B sales with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
