The Junior Legal Engineer supports the delivery of tailored legal tech solutions by helping transform complex legal documents into streamlined automated workflows. You will work with internal teams and clients to configure, refine, and maintain automation setups, ensuring a smooth and effective adoption of our products.
Using your analytical thinking, communication skills, and developing legal knowledge, you will help clients adopt and gain value from our technology, ensuring they experience a smooth and effective transition from initial setup through to successful utilization of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client workflow requirements and translate them into clear, practical automated workflows.
- Create, manage, and refine automated legal document templates, building logic that simplifies and accelerates the drafting process.
- Discover, validate, and track client requirements, managing project communication and delivery throughout each engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and professional services, to ensure smooth and accurate configuration of client solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their objectives, document structures, approval processes, and operational needs.
- Support the transition of completed implementations to ongoing support or customer success team.
Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some prior legal experience through work or education
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including strong document formatting capabilities
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail when building structured logic flows
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving client needs
- A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide timely, professional support
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, including troubleshooting technical and process‑related issues
