Job Description:

We're opening a new concession at Selfridges and we're looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to be part of the team from day one. You'll work a standard retail schedule across a mix of weekdays and weekends, with shifts that fit within the concession's trading hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm — no one is working 12-hour days.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and making sure their experience is worth remembering

• Running tasting sessions — this is the heart of how we sell and the fastest way to turn a sceptic into a fan

• Making gifting recommendations based on budget and occasion

• Growing our customer community through our Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme

• Keeping the concession looking exceptional in line with visual merchandising standards

• Working closely with the Store Manager and the wider team

• Operating in line with both LBB brand standards and Selfridges' own requirements

09:30 am - 10:15 pm

Compensation:

14£/hour
