About the Role
We’re looking for an eCommerce Sales Specialist to help grow and optimize our presence on the world’s largest ecommerce platform. This role will focus on managing day-to-day Amazon operations, optimizing product detail pages, troubleshooting listing issues, supporting promotional strategies, and analyzing performance data to drive visibility and conversion. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure our products are positioned for success and reach customers at the right time. What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and account health monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings, account health, or performance notifications in accordance with Amazon's policies.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDP) to improve search ranking, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Create and maintain high-quality content, including product titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, and keywords that align with Amazon SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and prevent stock-outs.
- Assist in managing promotional activities, including Best Deals, Coupons, and Promotions, to increase product visibility and sales. Promotions, to increase product visibility and sales.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics (sales data, conversion rates, traffic, ACoS, etc.) to identify trends and insights for optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product management, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of marketplace strategies and campaigns.
Who You Are
- 2+ years sales or marketing experience working with the Amazon channel.
- Strong systems proficiencies, including Vendor Central, Amazon Media Group (AMG), Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), and the MS Office/Google Office suites.
- Strength in troubleshooting and resolving listing errors, policy violations, and account health issues in accordance with Amazon’s guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing product listings to drive search ranking and conversion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail for maintaining high-quality content and monitoring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across internal teams and with external partners.

Leapfrog is currently operating under a hybrid work model, and this position will report on site to our Lincoln Park office at least 2 days per week. Salary Band
$60,000 - 70,000, full-time, salaried, exempt, hybrid
Please note: Most candidates can expect to be positioned within the low to mid-range of the designated compensation band. This approach is designed to set realistic expectations while providing employees with the opportunity for growth and development within their roles. Placement toward the higher end of the band may be considered based on relevant experience, specialized skills, and other qualifications.
