Summary
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be instrumental in servicing client accounts . This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage for clients.
Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy changes, claims, and renewals.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in the agency management system.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks affecting clients.
Develop strong relationships with clients based on trust and effective communication.
Qualifications
3-5 + years of proven experience in insurance account management
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
Effective communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
