Leavitt Central Coast is looking to add a commercial lines account manager to their busy office in Salinas, CA.

Summary

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be instrumental in servicing client accounts . This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage for clients.

  • Provide ongoing support to clients regarding policy changes, claims, and renewals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in the agency management system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks affecting clients.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients based on trust and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 + years of proven experience in insurance account management

  • Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.

  • Ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.

  • Effective communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
