We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic Summer Intern to support two critical functions of our business: Marketing & Corporate Events and Facilities Operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves checking things off a list, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do:


Marketing & Corporate Events

Coordinate logistics for conferences and corporate events, including shipping materials, supplies, and branded items to event venues

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external corporate events, including company kickoffs, sales meetings, board meetings, customer advisory boards (CABs), and industry tradeshows.
  • Assist with event logistics such as venue research, registration tracking, agenda coordination, shipping, signage, and attendee communications.
  • Help manage event timelines, checklists, and project trackers to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Executive Leadership, and People teams to support event needs.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including catering, AV, promotional merchandise, and event production partners.
  • Support onsite Portland event execution, including setup, registration, attendee support, speaker coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Help organize and maintain event materials, swag inventory, shipping lists, and post-event documentation.
  • Conduct research on venues, industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and event trends.
  • Assist with creating presentations, attendee communications, surveys, and recap materials through Google slides, Confluence and Zoom meetings
  • Track event metrics and feedback to help measure event success and improve future experiences.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Corporate Events as needed across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Gain hands-on experience in B2B event marketing strategy, event operations, and cross-functional collaboration.


Facilities & Office Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment 
  • Stock and replenish kitchen snacks, beverages, and supplies on a regular basis
  • Ensure the kitchen and common areas are tidy and well-maintained
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare and ship FedEx and other outbound packages as needed
  • Handle other facilities and office support tasks as assigned

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Interest in event marketing, corporate events, or experiential marketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event platforms is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed


Position Details

  • Hours: 10–15 hours per week (2-3 days) during business hours (8-5pm Some weeks may be more (up to 20) Hours can be flexible.
  • Location: On-site — this role requires in-person presence at our downtown Portland office. Transportation costs including parking will be covered.
  • Duration: Summer 2026 (exact dates flexible based on availability)
  • Compensation: $20/hr
