Industrial Safety Coordinator - Western Europe Breadmaking (W/M)

As the safety champion for our regional operations, your mission is to cultivate a culture of safety excellence across all our subsidiaries (8 sites). By aligning safety practices, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a proactive safety mindset, you will elevate our safety performance and protect our most valuable asset - our people.

The Regional Safety Coordinator also has a functional management role over all safety coordinators within the subsidiaries across the region.

This unique position allows you to drive safety excellence across the region, while collaborating closely with local leadership teams.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Serve as the central coordinator and thought leader for the regional safety network 
•  Standardize safety tools, processes, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency
•  Regularly audit safety practices and lead targeted initiatives to address improvement opportunities
•  Oversee the rollout of impactful safety projects that enhance our safety culture
•  Manage internal and external safety communications, leveraging digital channels to inspire and engage
• Consolidate safety data and reporting to provide data-driven insights for the region
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to subsidiaries without dedicated safety resources
