As part of its global transformation, Lesaffre is establishing a new Regional Shared Service Center (SSC) for Latin America. This strategic initiative, conducted alongside the implementation of SAP, will support 11 countries and involve the recruitment of 40 new employees by 2027. 🚀 Your Mission 

• Monthly preparation of performance KPIs and development of new indicators to support the decision-making of the CSC management team

• Preparation and participation in monthly performance meetings with CSC client countries

• Collaboration with the regional D&D department to generate performance reports using BI and BO tools

• Preparation of the annual budget, monthly monitoring of CSC costs and analysis of deviations from the budget

• Monitoring stabilization and process improvement activities

• Monitoring costumer countries' satisfaction through a quarterly NPS survey, analysis of results and formulation of action plans

• Support to the CSP manager in general management activities and participation in studies aimed at improving the performance of the CSC
• Support in defining the CSC's billing strategy to its clients with the aim of breaking even.
• Participation in the mapping of activities and operating volumes of new CSC clients.
