- Collecting data regarding the bakery market, competitors and the position of Lesaffre products
- Support bakeries with technical advice: yeast adapted to process, ingredients solution, process support…
- Participate with baking tests in creating new products, yeast and ingredients
- Make demonstration, / technical visit on the market
- Reception animation inside the baking center for bakers, distributors
- Preparing reports and entering data on LESAFFRE platform
