Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Events and Partnerships Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on webinar management, social media, and marketing campaigns. This is an entry-level position, ideal for an organized, proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a software-driven environment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role is cross-functional and involves close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the consistent and effective execution of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring priority management and alignment with established objectives.
- Plan and manage webinars, including invitation coordination, list segmentation, tool configuration (e.g., HubSpot and webinar platforms), preparation of pre- and post-event communications, as well as technical coordination and smooth execution of the webinar (dry runs and day-of-event support).
- Contribute to the coordination of marketing events by supporting logistics, material preparation, and deliverable follow-ups.
- Manage social media activities, including editorial calendar planning, content writing, and publishing.
- Prepare initiative summaries for stakeholders, manage and track execution calendars, and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives according to plan.
- Integrate marketing campaign elements into tools (e.g., emails, web pages, forms, and workflows), manage lists and sends, and ensure data quality and configuration accuracy.
- Ensure message and deliverable consistency across channels and audience segments.
