Job Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience.
- Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Citrix, databases (MySQL/Postgres/MS SQL) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Experience with Windows & macOS administration, office IT infrastructure, and networking (TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with monitoring/recovery systems, SQL queries, ITSM/ITIL (Atlassian is a plus).
- Scripting skills (PHP, JS, bash, or VB) are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for employees (office and remote), including incident resolution and service requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Citrix).
- Manage office IT infrastructure: LAN, VoIP, wireless networks, video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Maintain hardware/software inventory, documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with vendors/service providers and participate in IT infrastructure projects.
