Job Overview

The Hub Performance and Impact Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the operational health and strategic objectives of YouVersion’s Global Hubs by interpreting data-driven insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement. This role will partner with internal teams to measure impact, and execute tactical functions and maintain robust Hub performance standards that drive excellence and alignment in Hub operations worldwide. This role(operationally) supports the team's direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities in Hub performance to guide regional and global decision-making. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard processes to track Hub performance and market impact across all global regions. 
  • Collaborate with the YouVersion Data Team to translate business requirements to performance report design and help improve dashboards and tools that enable operational visibility for key stakeholders. 
  • Ensure accurate, timely delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tied to the YouVersion Transformation Funnel and Hub effectiveness.
  • Partner with Hub Leaders and YouVersion Team Leaders to analyze performance data and assess progress toward goals. 
  • Facilitate quarterly ministry reviews and annual operational audits to evaluate Hub alignment with YouVersion’s strategic objectives. 
  • Gather business requirements from Hub and YouVersion leaders and collaborate with the Data Management team to generate analytics that support new market exploration and baseline performance tracking.
  • Recommend data-informed improvements to enhance Hub performance and execution based on field insights and trend analysis. 
  • Serve as a key liaison between Hub operations and cross-functional departments(Partnerships, Content, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Data Management) to ensure accuracy and collaboration. 
  • Execute strategic initiatives and delegated projects from the Director of Hub Operations to advance organizational impact.

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain relationships and partnerships. 
  • Excellent at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects. 
  • Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights. 
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global ministry environment. 
  • Strong relational skills with cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to build trust with distributed teams. 
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into clear insights that inform tactical and strategic decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, International Development, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in performance reporting, program operations, or impact evaluation(global/multicultural context preferred). 
  • Experience working with data visualization tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) and familiarity with CRM/reporting platforms.
