We are seeking experienced Business Systems Analysts / Business Analysts (BSA/BA) to support the Loyalty Operations team of a global leader in digital payments and financial technology under a Managed Services engagement.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at bridging business and technical requirements, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring flawless execution across regional and global initiatives.
You’ll work closely with regional and global product teams to design, enhance, and implement loyalty and rewards solutions tailored to the MEA market.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for loyalty programs and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure solutions meet market and business needs.
Manage program setup, data workflows, and operational processes.
Support client, merchant, and vendor billing, including payments, reconciliation, and expense tracking.
Develop and maintain clear process documentation, technical specs, and operational guides.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.
Act as a liaison between business, engineering, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
Assist in issue triage and resolution, ensuring smooth program execution.
