Product Manager

For this project, the selected candidate will:

• Interview customers to identify pain points and opportunities for streamlining.
• Use AI tools to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations.
• Translate feedback into actionable direction for the software (via natural language tools).
• Set up and maintain software/product processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with the engineering team by gathering and communicating customer feedback.
• Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
