Job Overview
- Lead and execute Drupal theme development and integration in accordance with Drupal standards.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end functionality using advanced HTML, CSS (including SASS/LESS), and JavaScript, including the Drupal JavaScript API.
- Debug and resolve complex front-end issues, including cross-browser compatibility problems.
- Propose and implement effective, scalable, and intuitive front-end solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Back-end Developers and, when needed, clients to ensure accurate and intuitive implementation of requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and provide coaching and guidance to Junior and Mid-level Developers.
- Work within the development team with a strong sense of ownership and minimal supervision.
- Adhere to Drupal standards and established best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Use industry-standard development tools such as Drush, Git, and Composer as required for project delivery.
