A leading global technology company is seeking a Digital Channel Marketing Manager to support its Business Messaging Marketing team during a parental leave coverage period. This role is responsible for managing and executing in‑app and digital marketing campaigns for small and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs), with a focus on business messaging products. The position requires strong creative strategy, lifecycle marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact, data‑driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of in‑app communication strategies across owned digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement.
- Build an audience‑first creative and communication calendar that balances user needs with product adoption goals.
- Develop compelling calls‑to‑action (CTAs) and utilize deep links to guide users seamlessly to key product features.
Creative Production & Execution
- Manage creative production workflows, including briefing, asset development, reviews, and approvals.
- Partner with technical program managers, engineers, content strategists, and creative teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time campaign executions.
- Ensure campaigns meet brand, product, and localization requirements across diverse global audiences.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, data science, content, creative, and engineering teams to build integrated, measurable campaign experiences.
- Serve as the operational lead for the in‑app channel, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team alignment.
Measurement & Optimization
- Collaborate with data science partners to analyze web analytics, channel engagement, and product usage data.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Track and report on campaign metrics, providing insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and proactively develop solutions.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development and experience partnering with technical teams.
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional rigor.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges faced by SMB audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in content strategy.
- Experience managing vendor and agency relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of digital campaign creation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience navigating creative challenges related to localization and global audience needs.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and measurement frameworks.
