The International Testing Programs team is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator II to support in‑market functional testing across global regions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at cross‑functional coordination, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and can independently manage testing workflows from planning through execution.
The team conducts real‑world functional testing to ensure products perform reliably across diverse markets, languages, and environments. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage testing operations, facilitate the collection of actionable insights, and uphold quality standards that drive locally relevant product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Testing Operations & Execution

Plan and manage in‑market functional testing schedules from setup through execution and launch.

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and test results across Program Managers, Engineers, QA teams, Vendors, and Product Designers.

Ensure clear, timely communication of instructions and expectations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Communication

Maintain alignment across multiple business units through proactive updates and collaborative problem‑solving.

Set clear expectations with partners and escalate issues when needed.

Communicate test outcomes, risks, and dependencies in a structured and concise manner.
Workflow Optimization

Analyze pain points in current tools and processes; propose improvements and pilot new workflows.

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve testing throughput and quality.
Bug Triage & Prioritization

Prioritize, triage, and escalate internationalization (i18n) bugs.

Work closely with product teams to ensure critical issues are resolved before launch.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience

Ability to work independently while keeping cross‑functional partners aligned through clear communication and regular updates.

Demonstrated experience launching products across multiple locales.

Strong task‑prioritization skills with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.

Solid understanding of challenges associated with developing products for international markets.

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, QA, product operations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in QA, Project Management, User Research, or similar roles.

Familiarity with software development processes and product lifecycles.

Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) concepts and best practices.

Experience with hardware, AR/VR, advertising, or payments testing.

Location: Remote (PST only)
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
