Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and workstreams to achieve defined goals and milestones.

Coordinate the integration of technical and operational activities across multiple teams.

Lead project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

Conduct feasibility assessments by analyzing technology requirements, resource needs, and business impact.
Stakeholder Management & Communication

Present proposals, project updates, and findings to leadership and cross‑functional partners.

Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, operations, and external partners to define project specifications and success criteria.

Consult with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Team Leadership & Resource Management

Support staffing needs by coordinating assignments, evaluating performance, and fostering team development.

Build strong working relationships across teams and organizations, ensuring seamless collaboration and information flow.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Management

Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to project governance standards.

Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and design changes as needed.

Ensure that project deliverables meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
Cross‑Company Collaboration

Manage projects that require coordination across multiple organizations, including data sharing, API integration, and cross‑functional alignment.

Work closely with external partners to support integrated product experiences and shared technical initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience

2–4+ years of project management experience (aligned with PM Level II expectations).

Strong background in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder management.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proven ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with partners at all levels.

Experience delivering technology or business application solutions within large, multi‑platform environments.

Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.

Experience with API‑driven integrations or cross‑company data workflows.

Exposure to product development or product rollout environments.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

PMI/PMP certification preferred.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Manage integrated product experiences across applications.

Partner with engineering and product teams to gather data, define API requirements, and support technical integration.

Coordinate cross‑company project workstreams and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders.

Support a small engineering team (8–10 members) distributed across multiple locations.

Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Role type: Contract 9 Month Position
