- Optimization & Innovation
- Continuously refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and creatives based on data insights.
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and leverage automation while maintaining high-level manual oversight.
- Stay ahead of Google Ads innovations and industry trends.
- Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, impression share) to guide decisions.
- Deliver actionable recommendations and growth strategies to the Marketing Director.
- Collaboration
- Partner with e-commerce, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with product priorities and promotions.

- Budget Management
