Are you a strategic thinker who speaks the language of both business and code? This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of technology and business operations. As a Senior Associate on the Growth and Transformation (G&T) team, you will act as a technical architect and business advisor for our EMEAL & APAC LinkedIn Talent Solutions business, within the Sales Strategy and Operations Team.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses deep business acumen but is also deeply "under the hood" of data systems. You will be responsible for spotting opportunities where AI and automation can drive efficiencies, building the tools to realise those gains, and communicating the value of these transformations to our executive leadership.
Responsibilities -
AI & Automation Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to streamline sales and operation workflows, improve sales planning processes, and enhance sales productivity.
Strategic: Serve as a technical thought partner to senior stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies and operational roadmaps.
Operational Excellence: Lead complex workstreams within the EMEA & LATAM region, including annual planning, territory optimisation, and quota management, ensuring all processes are data-driven and scalable.
Advanced Analytics: Derive deep-dive insights from internal databases using SQL and Python, surfacing business knowledge to leaders in our business.
Change Management: Bridge the gap between technical system improvements and field adoption, guiding the sales organisation through the implementation of new tools and processes.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with global teams (e.g. product, technology, marketing and finance) to lead mission-critical projects that aid LinkedIn’s growth.
