This role plays a critical part in leading, executing, and scaling planning and operating processes (e.g. territory design, quota setting, forecasting), while also contributing to the ongoing evolution of how we leverage data, automation, and AI‑enabled tools across Sales Operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners (e.g. Finance, Systems, Compensation) to improve decision‑making, speed, and operational effectiveness.
The Associate should bring a strong strategic mindset, clear communication skills, and a curiosity‑driven, AI‑forward approach, open to challenging the status quo, experimenting with new tools, and adapting quickly in a rapidly changing organization.The ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information, while inspiring excellence in others, is essential
Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape LinkedIn’s future go-to-market model
- Act like an owner in driving strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g. customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
- Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting
- Lead operational processes of the sales organization, such as: quota management, territory allocation, audits, report and dashboard development
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, compensation, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
