In this role you will be oversee a team of front-line Account Executives and Client Solutions Managers who own the client relationship, develop marketing solutions for our largest, and often most challenging customers. You will be responsible to uncover incremental revenue, optimize campaigns to ensure client objective are met, prove the value delivered to clients such that they grow their investments, and bring insights that help refine client strategy.  

As the leader, you will inspire and coach their team of Account Executives and Client Solutions Manager to excel in their role and to accelerate success for our clients. You will create impact outside of your core function by demonstrating excellence in leadership, providing leverage across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and produce results to help us scale effectively. In this role, you will combine sales leadership, senior client and agency engagement, marketing, and public relations. Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, develop, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives and Client Solutions Managers to exceed business goals by creating and delivering consistent customer value. 
  • Support and drive sales activities by attending and leading customer meetings, developing relationships with executive marketer and agency stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrate strong general management capabilities, including forecasting precision, communicating key business trends and investment opportunities, and prioritizing cross-functional resources toward the largest opportunities. 
  • Partner closely with Measurement, Insights, Content Solutions, Vertical Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations Teams to build the go-to-market strategy. 
  • Influence Product, Research, and Editorial decisions in support of Venture categories and customer opportunities. 
  • Create and strengthen a team culture of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
