ABOUT LIV GOLF
Now in its fourth season, the LIV Golf League features 13 teams competing for both an Individual and Team title at premier golf courses across the world. As the first truly global golf League, LIV Golf is constantly innovating to set a new standard in sport and redefine the fan experience through the lens of music, culture, and entertainment, while growing the game of golf for a new era of players and fans around the world. Headquartered in New York and London, the League holds events in cities across Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa, with broadcasts reaching nearly 900 million households in more than 200 international markets and territories. LIV Golf was designed to expand the sport on a global level, bring new audiences to the game, create new value within the golfing ecosystem, and enhance the game’s societal impact far beyond the course through the League’s Impact & Sustainability efforts. In 2022, LIV Golf launched The International Series, which features 10 elevated events in world-class destinations. Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.
HISTORY
Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.
The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf’s 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.
LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world’s most popular sports.
Away from the entertainment on the course, LIV Golf is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the communities it visits through its ground-breaking social impact and sustainability strategy. ROLE OBJECTIVE/THE TEAM
The Director, Integrated Marketing will lead the global strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver a cohesive and consistent brand message across digital, social, paid media, print, partnerships, and live events.
This role is responsible for uniting all marketing touchpoints to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth, while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with LIV Golf’s global vision to grow the game of golf internationally. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional markets to ensure campaigns are both globally aligned and locally relevant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Integrated Marketing Strategy
Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies connecting digital, social, paid media, PR, experiential, and event marketing into one seamless global fan journey.
Build strategic marketing plans that balance global brand storytelling with regional and local market execution to drive ticket sales, broadcast tune-in, and fan engagement.
Partner with insights and analytics teams to inform audience segmentation, planning, and performance measurement frameworks to optimise ROI and audience growth.
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with organisational objectives, consistently representing LIV Golf’s distinctive identity and voice across all marketing channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the strategic connector between internal teams—including creative, brand, PR, digital, partnerships, and sales—to deliver unified, high-impact campaigns.
Collaborate with ticketing, events, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue, attendance, and engagement goals.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to deliver world-class creative, content, and experiences that enhance brand equity and global reach.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead the development of annual, regional, and event-specific marketing plans, ensuring strategic consistency and efficient budget allocation across global and local channels.
Oversee creative brief development, key messaging, and brand storytelling to guide internal and external creative teams.
Support partnership marketing initiatives by identifying co-branded activations, sponsorship integrations, and amplification opportunities.
Manage integrated media plans, ensuring paid, earned, and owned media operate cohesively to achieve marketing KPIs.
Performance & Measurement
Partner with insights and data analytics teams to analyse campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion performance across all channels.
Develop and present post-campaign reports capturing key insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimisation.
Implement data-driven testing and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance creative performance and campaign efficiency.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals and agency partners.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration within the marketing organisation.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficient execution.
REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
Minimum 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within sports, entertainment, or global consumer brands with live event components.
Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional global teams and managing external agencies to achieve high-performance outcomes.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage insights and data to inform marketing decisions and optimise spend.
Experience managing large-scale budgets and working effectively across multiple international markets is strongly preferred.
Expertise in brand storytelling, digital marketing ecosystems, and fan engagement strategies.
Exceptional project management and organisational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
