Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.

HISTORY

Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.

The format respects golf’s history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League’s award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf’s 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World’s Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.

LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world’s most popular sports.

ROLE OBJECTIVE/THE TEAM

LIV Golf is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Manager, Tournament Administration, to support the planning and delivery of key logistical elements across our global event schedule. This role is instrumental in creating world-class experiences for corporate partners, VIP guests, and players participating in our Pro-Am events throughout the season.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Pro-Am & Event Day Experiences

  • Lead on-site and pre-event pro-am operations, acting as a primary point of contact for players, guests, EMCs, and venue stakeholders.

  • Work with the Event Management Companies (EMCs), overseeing all elements of pro-am operations and delivery, from pre-planning to on-site execution.

  • Design and implement end-to-end guest journeys for each pro-am, ensuring consistency and excellence across the season.

  • Support the creation of event-day run sheets and operational plans, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

  • Manage on-site guest registration processes, ensuring smooth check-in, welcome flow, and accurate distribution of credentials and gifting.

  • Work with the SVP of Merchandise to curate a thorough gifting strategy for each pro-am; communicate the strategy to EMCs and ensure order deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, host venues, and partners, managing the internal request process for pro-am teams.

  • Work alongside the VIP Guest Services Team to standardise pro-am guest communications via the Guest Management System.

  • Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our EMCs deliver consistency across our events.

  • Monitor EMC performance on event days, capturing learnings and feeding back to drive continuous service improvement.

Honorary Observer Programme

  • Support the VP, Tournament Administration, and manage the end-to-end delivery of the Honorary Observer Programme, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for VIP guests.

  • Oversee and support the Manager, Competition Logistics as an additional on-site contact for Honorary Observers, providing personalised support and exceptional hospitality throughout their experience.

  • Coordinate closely with the Partnership Management team to allocate Honorary Observer spots for partners, VIPs, and invited guests.

  • Work with internal operations teams, EMCs, and on-course officials to ensure smooth access to tees, fairways, and designated viewing areas.

  • Liaise with player liaisons, caddies, marshals, and rules officials to facilitate safe and unobtrusive on-course positioning for guests.

  • Work with the SVP of Merchandise to curate a thorough gifting strategy

  • Capture feedback from VIP guests, partners, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement of the experience.

Travelling Volunteer (TVP) Program

  • Support with TVP Program logistics, from pre-planning to on-site execution.

  • Support the Senior Manager as needed by approving and communicating travel and accommodation requests for the TVP Volunteers.

  • Anticipate needs with program and logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.

Accreditation

  • Assisting the VP of Tournament Administration with the organisation of all accreditation across the LIV Golf League.

  • Approve credential requests within agreed guidelines, set by the VP, Tournament Administration, to include but not limited to working credentials, inside the ropes lanyards and armbands, range access cards, VIP Viewing deck credentials and Little Sharks program requirements.

  • Liaise with teams, internal departments, sponsors, suppliers, etc. concerning accreditation queries.

  • Monitor accreditation mailboxes, chat groups, organisational manager groups, registration links and SharePoint files.

Miscellaneous

  • Support delivery of Tournament Administration programs as needed, not limited to but including the following: Travelling Volunteer Program, Child Care, Volunteer Programme, and Shipping.

  • Special Projects or other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

  • 3+ years working within golf events / live sports and entertainment, managing end-to-end logistics around golf days or other such events.

  • Proven track record coordinating large-scale events, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • A passion for innovation and guest experience; staying ahead of industry trends and developments, identifying new ways to enhance the event delivery and experience.

  • Willingness and ability to travel globally in line with the LIV Golf event schedule.

  • Regular weekend work and some unsociable hours involved, in line with the nature of live events.
