As our Meeting & Events Specialist, you’ll be responsible for securing primarily meetings, but also events-bookings with likeminded companies.
Your day to day consists of closing meeting requests, handling group event enquiries, entering incoming bookings, answering the phone, managing online booking channels, operating the actual meetings and events and maintaining email contact with our clients.
You’ll be working closely together with the operational team and our Partnerships Manager, while reporting to the General Manager of Zoku Vienna in close contact with our International Director of Sales.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as Meeting & Events Specialist… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
The ultimate party planner: You’re the go-to person and first point of contact for all things M&E. You love a good chat and have a knack for event planning.
Creating memorable meetings and events: You’re in charge of coordinating everything needed to create unforgettable events.
A networking champ: You’ll create and maintain relationships with potential and current accounts while discussing partnership opportunities directly with our Partnerships Manager.
Keeping things organized: Organization is your middle name. We’ll need you to have your admin in check to manage feedback, invoices and more.
Dive into the action: Get ready to jump into the nitty-gritty of your planned events and meetings, making sure everything runs like a breeze operationally. Keep those clients smiling and don't forget – you'll be trading feedback with our awesome staff too!
