At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. Think of it as a hands-on, guest-focused role that blends barista, service tasks, and check –ins into one dynamic position. You’re the go-to person for our guests and help make their stay smooth, fun, and memorable. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect: 

Bartender = Master of the Bar: Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master, crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.

Waiter = Bring People Together with Food: Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant and rooftop terrace, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Check – In & Friendly First Impressions: Be the friendly face that guests meet first, making check-ins and check-outs a breeze, and answering their burning questions with a smile.

WHEN YOU’LL BE ON

You’ll start in one department and with time you will be working independently across different departments, with both morning and afternoon/evening or mid shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may/will vary, and your flexibility will shine!

Example of shift times for full-time: 

• Morning Shift (AM Shift): 07:00 to 15:30

• Afternoon/Evening Shift (PM Shift): 15:00 to 23:30 

• Mid Shift: 9:00 – 17:30
