Atmospheric, Earth, & Energy Graduate Intern - Summer 2026

Opportunities include working on various projects within atmospheric science, climate and carbon cycle research, seismology, hydrology, geoscience, environmental science, accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS), and energy research.  Our mission is to integrate atmospheric, earth, and energy sciences in support of environmental and global security. • Work with engineers, scientists, and technical staff members to provide technical and/or research support to projects in areas relevant to atmospheric, earth, and energy sciences.
• Conduct research of moderate complexity in assigned area under limited direction and supervision.
• Gather and analyze data or information in support of scientific research.
• Communicate progress and results to the research group and work closely with team members to define project goals and address challenges.
• Present work to technical audiences through presentations, posters, and written reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
