Continuous Improvement engineer

As our Continuous Improvement engineer, you take the lead in strategic improvement projects within our international supply chain. You build solutions that make our operations future-proof, reduce our COGS levels, and refine our global processes. You detect opportunities, follow selected initiatives through to implementation, and combine strong project management expertise with deep analytical and technical insight.

What you will build

• You map our global supply chain (tariffs, labor costs, transport, …) and perform impact analyses on rules of origin.
• You identify cost-saving opportunities and translate them into concrete actions and/or projects.
• You lead a structural COGS reduction exercise and develop improvement initiatives.
• You contribute to strengthening project maturity within Locinox.

Lean projects & supply chain optimization

• You conduct a holistic lean analysis of our supply chain and translate this into a roadmap with quick wins and strategic improvements.
