We are looking for a hands-on and curious GEO/SEO Automation Intern to join our innovative marketing team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in organic acquisition within the short-term rental (STR) industry. You will contribute directly to building lead-generation tools, satellite websites, content automation workflows, and SEO/GEO experiments from day one.

⭐ Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and curious GEO/SEO Automation Intern to join our innovative marketing team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in organic acquisition within the short-term rental (STR) industry. You will contribute directly to building lead-generation tools, satellite websites, content automation workflows, and SEO/GEO experiments from day one.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Build and ship interactive lead-gen tools (calculators, generators, advisors) using no-code platforms like Lovable or Base44.
- Review and improve copy, keywords, and conversion flows on existing tools.
- Support link-building efforts for tools using platforms like Collaborator.pro.
- Collaborate with the paid team to package tools for ad distribution (copy, designs, assets).
- Launch and maintain a portfolio of satellite websites targeting different funnel stages (TOFU/BOFU).
- Build automated content creation and maintenance workflows using n8n.
- Support link-building and keyword optimization across satellite properties.
- Contribute to a monitoring and reporting dashboard (Tableau or similar).
- Design and build workflows for AI-assisted content creation and optimization, including HTML-ready blog posts and prompt-based content for LLM brand visibility.
- Explore programmatic SEO opportunities: automated translations, landing page generation at scale, and testing new markets.
- Maintain an SEO glossary that feeds internal AI algorithms.
- Track and report on organic performance.
- Assist with Google My Business profile maintenance and Wikipedia page creation/editing.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (current or recent).
- Strong interest in growth marketing, SEO, and AI-driven content.
- Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and basic SEO concepts;
- Comfortable with no-code/low-code platforms and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Strong written English;
- Action-oriented: ship first, polish later.
- Independent problem-solver; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple small projects efficiently.

⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?
- Hands-on experience with Semrush/Ahrefs is a plus.
- GEO/Generative Engine Optimization knowledge.
- Speaking an additional language (ideally Spanish) is helpful.
