Job Overview

 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HRBP team in daily HR operations, employee engagement activities, performance tracking, and HR coordination activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to HR processes and business partnering functions.

  • Support HRBP team in daily HR operational activities.

  • Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases.

  • Assist in preparing performance matrices and employee performance reports.

  • Coordinate with teams for attendance, performance reviews, and engagement activities.

  • Help in data management using Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS updates.

  • Follow up with employees and stakeholders for pending HR activities.

  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Good analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly.
