About the Role :Strategy Manager (Social and Marketplace products )
We are looking for a Strategy Manager who can own revenue growth and P&L-critical initiatives across multiple businesses. This role blends high-level strategic thinking (60%) with hands-on execution (40%) in areas like pricing, payments, and operational optimization. The person will also lead cross-functional teams (supply operations, customer support, and project pods) to drive impact end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership (60%)
- Identify growth levers and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business lines.
- Build and steer quarterly and monthly business strategies aligned to revenue and margin goals.
- Analyse funnel, pricing, user cohorts, and operational bottlenecks to find high-impact opportunities.
- Set clear OKRs, track P&L KPIs, and ensure cross-team alignment.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and business to shape medium- to long-term business direction.
Execution & Operational Leadership (40%)
- Lead critical initiatives on pricing, payment gateway optimisation, and conversion improvement.
- Drive execution across supply operations and customer support teams, ensure processes are efficient, predictable, and scalable.
- Build playbooks, streamline workflows, and improve quality metrics across operational teams.
- Manage people (minimum 1 year experience required) and coach team members for performance and ownership.
- Run experiments, track impact rigorously, and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or growth roles.
- At least 1 year of experience managing people or cross-functional pods.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to distill chaos into clear priorities.
- Experience driving revenue, margin, funnel improvements, or P&L outcomes.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution.
- High bias for action, clarity, and end-to-end ownership.
