Digital Asset Specialist – Manila (part-time)
Job Overview
The Digital Asset Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing our vast collection of visual assets, which include but are not limited to photographs, illustrations, videos, and graphic designs. This individual will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that all visual assets are up-to-date, easily accessible, and compliant with copyright regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain a comprehensive visual assets management system that ensures easy retrieval and usage of assets across all departments (graphic materials, product shots, moodshots, sample shots, multimedia assets)
Oversee the categorization, naming and filesize of visual assets to streamline search and retrieval processes
Being the contact person for questions related to visual assets and copyright use
Collaborate with relevant teams to identify new visual assets needs
Ensure that all newly acquired assets have the appropriate copyright release and usage rights
Report any non-copyright compliant images found on Lomography channels
Regularly update the visual asset catalogue with the latest assets, removing outdated or irrelevant items
Provide training and support to staff members across departments on how to access and use visual assets appropriately
