ABOUT THE JOB

As the Marketing & PR Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing, press, local contents, social media, community and e-commerce operation in your market(s).

You will work in collaboration with our international marketing teams in headquarters and regional markets in realising unique and innovative marketing projects from research, ideas to execution. You will also be responsible for adapting and launching the international marketing and product campaigns into the local market.

This is an opportunity for a creative and communicative individual who is passionate about analogue photography, lifestyle and creativity, counterbalanced by a high level of professionalism, management skills and marketing know-how.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute marketing strategies for Hong Kong (and/or other markets) across online and offline channels.

  • Localize and implement international campaigns to align with the local trends and consumer behavior.

  • Report online sales and marketing activities to regional office and HQ 

  • Manage press relations, distributing press releases and maintaining strong relationships with the media outlets, journalists, opinion leaders.

  • Collaborate with partners from the media, photography, fashion, music, cinema, and similar industries to strengthen the brand presence.

  • Plan and coordinate online and offline community initiatives to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Manage local social media and editorial calendars, creating consistent and high quality content across platforms.

  • Oversee the e-commerce performance  – optimizing conversation rates, effective upselling, exceptional user experience, in order to achieve the sales targets.

  • Work with our cross-functioning teams with HQ and across Asia to align visuals, tone and storytelling aligning with our global brand identity.
