Online Shop & Customer Relations Internship (2)

Lomography is looking for a committed, motivated, highly organized, photography enthusiast having a way with people and an interest for e-commerce who is not afraid of pitching in where it’s needed. You will have the opportunity to work with our multi-cultural teams from around the world and will be able to work on many different tasks within the Online Shop and LomoLAB team.

As an intern for the Online Shop & LomoLAB team at Lomography, your duties will include:

• Help managing day-to-day operations of the online shop including customer support & order processing

• Help managing returns, exchanges and refunds from direct channel customers

• Assist in product testing and creation for the worldwide community of analogue photographers

• Help to optimize product and category pages & be involved with exciting product launches

• perform backend operations for online lab fulfillment such as order checks and photo uploads

• assist other tasks during slow times in the lab, like film and development tests, hand-spooling film, repairs and marketing the LomoLAB
