Job Overview

LOOP is a digital-first lead agency, exploring the intersections between design, technology and digital brand building for leading brands. With a team of 400 digital talents and through data driven marketing, we help brave clients to stand out in the digital age. Over the last few years our brilliant team has done remarkable and innovative work for internationally recognised high-profile brands such as Puma, Audi, Breitling, Red Bull and numerous others.

At LOOP, we bring ideas to life through sharp creative execution and as a Producer Intern, you’ll be right at the heart of it. You’ll support our production team across every stage of photo and video projects, keeping workflows smooth, communication clear, and logistics perfectly aligned. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for anyone excited to learn how modern content production really works.

With your structured mindset and proactive spirit, you’ll help shape the backbone of our productions — from pre-shoot planning to post-shoot wrap-ups. You’ll take ownership of organizational tasks, keep our prop storage running like a well-oiled machine, and even lead small internal shoots. If you love coordination, creativity, and working with a team that values both precision and energy, this one’s for you.

Requirements

  • You support end-to-end production by assisting with planning, scheduling, call sheets, and essential project documents for photo and video shoots.
  • You assist with smooth logistics by supporting bookings for crew, equipment, models, and locations, and helping keep all partners aligned.
  • You support on-set operations by helping with workflows, timekeeping, checklists, documentation, and quick problem-solving to keep shoots on track.
  • You help maintain our in-house props storage and studio readiness through structured inventory, organization, and preparation for upcoming shoots.
  • You support production logistics by assisting with pickups, returns, drop-offs, and follow-up communication.
  • You help with creative preparation by supporting the process of building references, moodboards, storyboards, and other visual planning materials.
  • You’ll get hands-on practice in small internal productions: starting as support, and gradually taking ownership of low-complexity in-house photo shoots as you grow.
  • You bring a basic understanding of photo and video workflows, plus a strong interest in planning, scheduling, and coordination—and you’re excited to learn by doing.
  • You benefit from familiarity with editing or post-production tools.
  • You hold a driving license (B) and speak German at a native level and English at B-level.
  • You are available for a 6–12 month internship.

Benefits

  • 4-day Workweek: At LOOP you can choose between a 5-day or a 4-day workweek – and have the freedom to switch between these models twice a year.
  • Free Sports and Fitness: Yoga, fitness, climbing, tennis and more. LOOP covers the costs and gives you access to fitness studios and sports facilities across Austria or Germany.
  • +20% Vacation: We don’t believe there can be enough time to recharge, that’s why all our team members get +20% vacation days per year, we call it Sunny Hours.
  • 4000+ m² Office Space: Our loft space is part of our identity. An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio.
  • 100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? It’s your choice every day, and you don’t even need approval.
  • International and Diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55% female leadership quota.
  • And much more: Language Courses, Visa Support, LOOP.Horizon workshops and trainings, Klimaticket Contribution, Audiobook Library, Headspace App Subscription, etc.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 28,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.

So, if you are motivated to join the LOOP Team, we are happy to offer you a position as a Producer Intern in Salzburg.
