Senior Business Analyst – Global Derivatives

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in derivatives, hedging, and regulatory compliance. You will lead the analysis and delivery of IT solutions within our global Derivatives program, translating complex regulatory requirements (EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag, and/or MAS) into effective system, process, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring progress, issue resolution, and adaptability.
• Risk & Compliance: Evaluate risks and ensure alignment with global regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and IT teams to define scope, goals, and communicate updates.
• Team Coordination: Guide and support junior analysts in system analysis, testing, and implementation.
• Change Management: Lead change initiatives and promote best practices for smooth transitions.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor market and tech trends to recommend process and system enhancements.
