FSBM Production Manager

1、贯彻工厂环境、健康、安全程序和食品安全程序，确保部门员工及承包商的工作安全。

Implement plant environment, health, safety and food safety procedures, ensure the safety of department staff and contractors

2、严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度，培养部门员工的安全意识，负责实施安全设施改造项目。

Strictly implement the safety management system of the factory, cultivate the safety awareness of department staff, responsible for the safety facilities renovation projects.

3、协助厂长，确定发酵豆粕负责区域的岗位设置、人员核定，并随着生产的发展变化不断进行调整；做好员工的日常管理和绩效考核，激发员工的工作潜能。

Assist plant manager according to FSBM production needs, study and determine position setting and personnel verification of the responsible area, and adjust them constantly with the development and changes of production; Perform daily management and performance assessment of employees, and motivate their work potential.

4、协助厂长，负责发酵豆粕车间的项目及能源管理，得率和消耗的控制，负责具体的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况。

 Assist plant manager, Responsible for the arrangement, control yield and consumption , inspection, supervision and implementation of all

management work in FSBM plant.

5、依据公司生产计划，与商务、采购等部门紧密沟通，实时监控生产进度，协调内外部资源，解决生产过程中的瓶颈问题，确保生产计划按时完成。

According to the company's production plan, communicate closely with the business procurement department  organize resources to solve any bottle neck problems in production at any time, ensure that the production plan is completed on time

6、组织制定责任区域内的生产工艺操作规程和安全操作规程，并组织、督促及激励下属各车间员工开展安全生产技术、操作等方面知识的学习培训; 帮助下属员工提高工作业绩，增强部门凝聚力和团队合作精神，加强企业文化建设

Organize the formulation of SOP/SW for production operation procedures & safety operation procedures in the responsible area, organize. supervise & motivate the staff in each workshop to carry out the learning and training of safety production technology and operation knowledge. Help subordinates to improve their performance, enhance department cohesion and team spirit, strengthen the construction of corporate culture.

7、根据公司标准，组织下属员工对责任区域内的设备开展TPM/AM，与维修部门沟通确定车间的维修计划，提高设备的健康率，降低NSDT，同时提高设备运行的OE及生产运营的OEE。

According to the company's standards, organize subordinates to carry out TPM/AM for equipment in the responsible area, communicate closely with maintenance department to formulate maintenance plan

 improve the health rate of equipment, reduce NSDT, and improve the OE of equipment operation and OEE of production and operation.

8、协助厂长，做好生产部年度预算（Capex\Opex\KPI），同时对各项成本/费用的控制及分析；

Assist  plant manager , prepare the annual budget of production department (Capex\Opex\KPI), and control and analyze the cost/expense;

9、公司交代的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by the company.
