Manager - Process & Project

This position requires a person who is technically sound and have great depth of knowledge in Edible Oil technology, Process data analysis, good plant operating, process cost optimization and also possess good exposure in continuous improvement, process safety management, exposure in Project execution, CAPEX management, knowledge of Soya Value added product like Soya Lecithin.

Main Responsibilities

• Handling of continuous Improvement project in refinery process, Load operation, Hydrogenation, Lecithin process & Packing operation.
• Leading whole process of project management, cost management, quality management, schedule management and safety management (Oil / Pulses / Coffee)
• Lead role in technical evaluation of new project and coordination with Reginal Industry /Business Team
• Management and monitoring site construction management, to ensure quality, schedule to meet the requirements
• Play project leadership role in cross-functions’ resources arrangement, coordination and issues/obstacles resolving, timeline management, quality oversight/inspection
• To co-ordinate with Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Boiler & Packaging department for efficient and reliable plant operation.
• Production plan analysis and effective implementation of improvement action.
• Lead Role in Annual Budget preparation (OPEX & CAPEX)
• Ensure to create safe work environment in Process/Project in line with LDC Safety Policy.
• Skill analysis of process /Project team and training, design and follow up.
