We’re looking for a full-stack growth engineer who’s product-obsessed. One month you’ll ship a feature that users can’t stop talking about. The next, you’ll tear into funnels, loops, and onboarding to make them 10x tighter. You think in code, but your instinct is always: will this make the product better and our users more successful?

Natural builder: You’ve built things all your life, but also have 5+ years experience with building & growing products with top-tier team members.

PM instincts: You can frame problems, prioritize bets, and push the right ones forward.
Data-driven: You design, measure, and iterate experiments based on evidence.
Attention to detail: Measuring and improving growth is often about the details. You should be thorough and excited to get things set up “right”.
Humble: Nothing is beneath you. If pixels need to be debugged for a few days, so be it.
Adaptable: Comfortable switching priorities from day to day.
What you’ll do
In one sentence: Do what it takes to build a predictable, sustainable, and competitively defensible growth model for Lovable.
Build new product features & experiences
Build and run A/B tests to optimize product-led growth loops (viral, referral, UGC).
Deploy the fastest solution possible to validate ideas and scale the ones that work.
Help manage integrations with other apps - MCP and API based.
Keep the product experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought.
