The role
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall Hong Kong marketing strategy across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, retail stores, customer relationship management, social media, media, events & activations. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase in international expansion.
You will deep-dive into several pillars within the Hong Kong Marketing Team during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu)
- Planning, coordination, execution, and maintenance of Love, Bonito social media accounts, strategy, and deliverables, including content calendars, creation, copywriting, translation, and postings. [end-to-end strategy to execution].
- Actively execute content creation weekly, including filming of Instagram / Xiaohongshu Video Reels & Photo Posts, editing, and copywriting, while adhering to deliverables and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Creative Team to raise and execute creative briefs for content artworks, according to needs.
- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content. Keep abreast of fashion and editorial trends and vocabulary
- Participate in brainstorming sessions within the Love, Bonito HK & Global Teams, on how to improve in delivery of content.
- Coordinate and support internal HK team members on performance tracking and execute optimisations, including post-campaign analysis and reports.
- Administrative support, daily upkeep of internal trackers and work requests.
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house teams, i.e. Product Design, Merchandising, Retail and Creative Team when it comes to launching new collections and launches.
2. Influencers Seeding Campaigns (Instagram, YouTube, Xiaoshongshu)
- Coordinate influencer collaborations including research and outreach, development of content guidelines and lookbooks, and liaisons with Influencers regarding their outfit picks, content deliverables, and posting schedules.
- Work closely with internal and in-house partners to manage seeding campaigns and events
- Work closely with other functional teams to expedite Influencer orders
- Manage timelines and prompt follow-ups with Influencers for campaigns
- Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute Influencer content. Keep abreast of fashion and editorial trends and vocabulary
- Support to set up promo codes / gift card codes, loyalty rewards in the e-commerce backend
3. Campaigns, Events, Retail Marketing
- Support and participate in end-to-end campaign strategy to execution.
- Research outreach, liaise and coordinate plans with external partners to drive brand awareness and acquire new customers.
- Contribute to new content ideas / formats for marketing collaterals and assets across all communication and sales touchpoints, coordinating with Creative Team to raise and execute creative briefs, and managing timelines and deadlines.
- Write and translate copy for all marketing collaterals and assets, with languages of English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
- Support to set up promo codes / gift card codes, loyalty rewards in the e-commerce backend
- Assist team with execution of Love, Bonito’s HK Events and Retail Marketing experiences, to ensure a successful execution.
- Coordinate with event vendors / partners and execute programs and operations plans, including potential troubleshooting pre, during, and post Event days.
- Coordinate and support internal HK & Global team members on performance tracking and execute optimisations, including post-experience analysis and reports.
- Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars and work requests.
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house teams, i.e. Product Design, Merchandising, Retail and Creative Team when it comes to launching new collections and launches.
4. Media Communications
- Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars and media lists, working closely with our PR Agency.
- Conduct media monitoring for brand coverage across various channels including digital, social media and online forums together with our PR Agency.
- Close tracking of campaign and BAU seeding performance to selected media publications together with our PR Agency.
- Monitor for competitor and industry news, including potential issues that could impact the business together with our PR Agency.
- Work closely with team and PR Agency to plan, support and execute media events.
- Work closely with other functional teams to troubleshoot or expedite media orders
- Manage timelines and prompt follow-ups with PR Agency for various campaigns
Requirements
- Available for at least 3-6 months internship commitment (January 2026 onwards)
- Based in Hong Kong
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven track record in video & photo content creation on Instagram and Xiaohongshu
- Passion for all things Public Relations, KOL management, Events management and other marketing functions related
- Passion for fashion
- Updated with the current social media and influencer trends globally and in Hong Kong
- Has an agile, multitasker, and open-to-learn mindset
