We're currently seeking an Entry Level Interior Designer to join our integrated team of Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Master Planners. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.
What you will do:
Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA.
Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments.
Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects.
Review and process construction administration documents.
Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination.

Entry-Level Interior Designer Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
0-2 years of experience in all phases of Interior Design projects
Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Committed to building a long-term professional career
Entry-Level Interior Designer Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
