Revenue Operations and CRM Analyst

Company Background:

Luxor is the leading software and services provider to the bitcoin mining industry. Our platform enables miners to monetize their compute, optimize hardware through custom firmware, source and resell machines, hedge revenue with derivatives, and manage their energy strategy—all in one integrated ecosystem.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Business Operations & Strategy team. This is an entry-to-mid level role with broad exposure to revenue operations, systems management, legal contract processes, and data analytics. You’ll work closely with the Director of Business Operations & Strategy and contribute directly to improving workflows across our business lines. This is a remote role, but candidate must be based in Americas time zones.

Requirements:

• Background in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics or related business experience

• At least 1 years of experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred), managing data quality, sales pipelines, and KPI reporting

• Skilled with general business productivity tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)

• Working knowledge of SQL with bonus for basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)

• Strong interest or familiarity with AI tools, including flagship LLM models and automation/workflow agents

• Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn

• Strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry

Responsibilities:

• You will wear many hats in this role, driving impact across the company

• Manage and maintain Luxor’s CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, proper workflows, and connection to analytics/KPIs across multiple business lines

• Support contract lifecycle management

• Optimize efficiency of existing business lines and operational processes through automation and/or development of internal tools

• Build KPI tracking/analytics using our internal databases and external data sources to drive insights for sales, marketing and strategy

• Secondarily support other business operations functions, which may include legal, AML compliance, operational security, & managing Luxor’s self-mining operation
