Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain reporting and KPI dashboards for market reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
Knowledge Management: Assist in the identification of knowledge base (KB) articles from AMER / EMEA regions and support localization efforts to ensure global consistency.
Process Improvement: Review frequent incidents, identify root causes, and contribute to the development of new procedures and process documentation.
Market Roll-out Support: Provide support for new market roll-out activities, including data preparation, documentation, and coordination with relevant teams, and local IT team on the support activities. The intern will involve in consolidating the support activities across the roll-out progress over 2026.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis on support tickets to identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues, providing insights to improve service delivery.
