YOUR MISSION _________

This position will be responsible for driving the retail excellence and delivery of key analytical tool projects for the SEA and Hong Kong Macau team. Reports to the Travel Retail Regional Director, SEA & Hong Kong Macau, this position will also be responsible in working closely with the Area Managers and their respective teams and in charge of coordination & arrangement related to retail operations, preparing sales reports and analysis and support in Beauty Consultant (BC) management & inventory management to support the development and growth in sales, market share & brand equity in Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) Travel Retail (TR) team.

 

Job Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Budget Management

  • To oversee the sales data consolidation for business reporting and analysis
  • Oversee the cost management thru regular communication and coordination with SEA/HKMO team and Finance. Ensure that we instil a cost awareness culture through dynamic management amongst stakeholders.
  • Involved in budgeting process, sales & cost targets planning with Area Manager & Sales Director
  • Design and develop data visualization of dashboards and reports for management and various departments using key metrics to facilitate business decision making
  • Maintain high level of data governance to the dashboard and reports for all end-user
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in reporting (POWER BI, SALESFORCE, QLIK)
  • Analyze data for Incentive & Sales target setting effectively for different markets by using Retail Performance KPIs, operational knowledge and statistical practices from data source

Data Analytics Management & Strategy Implementation

  • Acts as project manager for key retail operation initiatives via digital tools and collaborates with the team in ensuring rollout effectiveness.
  • Runs analysis to monitor the results from the implementation of new initiatives and provide recommendations to improve its effectiveness and efficiency
  • Oversees the development and implementation of IPOS for boutiques in Macau & Salesforce for new doors. Ensure effective and clear communication and coordination between Office, Stores & PCIS team.
  • Finetune and adapt our locally created digital operational tools (GWP / OOS Tracker / Training dashboard) to the changing business needs
  • Prepare insights and analysis from data collection for Retail team to define action plans for the business
  • Work hand in hand with retail team by using strong understanding and analysis of the reports and qualitative floor feedback to identify and define action plans for the business
  • Compute & coordinate incentive payouts for specific SEA/HKMO markets. Measure ROI of incentive schemes to improve its effectiveness.
  • Spearhead the success of executing IPOS/Salesforce across key SEA/HKMO markets – a retail analytic tool that deepens our understanding of our customers, enhance sales conversion and enables retail teams to deliver retail KPIs. Serve as a key conduit by effectively communicating and coordinating between Office, Stores and IT team to achieve our mission of elevating our retail team’s capabilities thru retail data analytics.

Operation & Processes

  • Seek improvement in data and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team and the organization
  • Daily cost tracking and coordination through regular communication within the team, ensuring cost-to-date is in line with Finance’s data
  • Create and maintain all project and processes documentation for referencing
  • Active monitoring and management of SOH reports provided, identify key potential and anomalies to the team
  • Management of GWP and trade tools for POS and events
  • Executing and coordinating full order cycle of gift, testers & POSM through last mile delivery

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operational needs (such as saleables, GWPs, testers, POSM & trade tools orders) for all stores
  • Provide administrative, logistics support to retail team and stores
  • As well as any other administrative responsibilities for Director / Area Managers
